Everything started in 1982 when we bought our very first Sheltie, a 6 months old bitch, from kennel Westpark. Unfortunately she never had any puppies.

Our second bitch, the sable bitch Westpark Golden Dizzy (Int & Nord Ch Rodhill Clouded Moorland - Westpark Babi), came to found our kennel when she had her first litter in February 1985. She became the dam of FIN Ch Eastdale Keyman(x Rockaround Jet Sky), the CC-winning male Eastdale Brilliant Colorman(x Int & Nord Ch Westpark Meadow Lancer) and the CC-winning bitch Eastdale Forever Black Beauty (x Eastdale Classic Clover).

Soon after having bought Westpark Golden Dizzy we also bought the tricolor bitch Westpark Black Elaine (Nitelife All That Jazz - Westpark Babi), who was to become both Swedish and Finnish Champion. She became the dam of our well known blue merle Int & Nord Ch Eastdale Classic Clown(x Int & Nord Ch Nord V-78 Shelgate Double-Diamond). Classic Clown was Sheltie of the Year in 1992, Sire of the Year in 1990 and 1992, Veteran of the Year in 1993, 1994 and 1995. He is the sire of many Champions, among them our own Nord Ch Eastdale New Classic Blue Dream (x Melinas Eclipse), S Ch Eastdale Classic New Design and FIN Ch Eastdale Classic Blue Sapphire (both x Bridemoor's Classic Pearl), and the tricolor CC-winner Eastdale Unique Dream (x Joshren Halcyon) and Nord AG Ch Eastdale Classic Yamie(x Melinas Mona Lisa).

Our next bitch was Westpark Bronze Margery (Int & Nord Ch Westpark Caradoc - Westpark Bronge Marjorie), who became Swedish Champion and was the Veteran of the Year in 1997. She proved herself very valuable to us and is the dam of S Ch Eastdale Heartbraker and the CC-winning bitch Eastdale I Can Give You Everything (x S & N Ch Westpark Charming Cross). Eastdale I Can Give You Everything in her turn is the dam of the CC-winning bitches Eastdale Wings of Dawn (x. Beckwith Bit of a Sourcerer), Eastdale Touch of Golden Dream (x Int S & N Ch Nigma Saffron), the beautiful bitch S Ch Eastdale Endless Golden Pearl (x Int & Nord Ch V-84 Mondurle's Bannock) and S Ch Eastdale Delightful Dream (S & N Ch Thoco's Buccaneer). Last mentioned is the dam of the male FIN Ch Eastdale Spotlight Dream (Ch Stationhill Crackshot).

The above mentioned S Ch Eastdale Endless Golden Pearl is the dam of the male S & N Ch Mascot (x S & N Ch Thoco's Buccaneer), who we bought in 1992. He was the Sire of the Year in 1997 and is behind many of the Champions and CC-winning Shelties in Sweden today. Among them our own S & N Ch Eastdale Just a Summer Dream and S Ch Eastdale Just in Time. The latter is the sire of FIN & EST Ch Eastdale Space of Time (x Eastdale Kiss Me Quick). Mascot is also the sire of SV-97 Eastdale Just a Secret Dream, 2 CC and 2 CACIB awards (x Eastdale Just You) and NORD Ch, DK Ch NV-97 Eastdale Just Remember (x Eastdale Just You), who is the sire of the CC-winning bitches Romlingen's Naughty But Nice and Romlingen's Nick Nack. Mascot is also the sire of the CC-winning male Eastdale Use Your Luck (x Westpark Joyful Mistie).

The next Sheltie we bought was the sable S & N Ch Westpark Charming Cross (S & FIN Ch Ingleside Invincible - Westpark Moss Rose). He is the sire of S Ch Eastdale Heartbraker and Eastdale I Can Give You Everything (x Ch Westpark Bronze Margery - see above).

Westpark Joyful Mistie, (S & FIN Ch Westpark Joker - Westpark Bronge Marjorie) was bought and soon got 2 CC's. She became the dam of S Ch Eastdale Lord of Luck (GB Ch Sulasgeir Talamba of Shemaur) and the CC-winning male Eastdale Use Yor Luck (S & N Ch Mascot), the litter sisters S Ch Eastdale Just a Dream and Eastdale Just You (x Int & Nord Ch Shelfrect Stroller), the latter with 2 CC's is the dam of Int & Nord Ch NV-97, DK Ch Eastdale Just Remember, S & N Ch Eastdale Just a Summer Dream, S Ch Eastdale Just In Time and SV-97 Eastdale Just a Secret Dream 2 CC, 2 CACIB (x. S & N Ch Mascot).

Next we bought the sable bitch Gold-Stephanie (x S & N Ch Thoco's Buccaneer), who is the dam of EST Ch Eastdale Heavenly Sent and Eastdale Heavenly Dream (both by Maribell's Buffalo Bill). Heavenly Dream in her turn is the dam of the CC-winning bitch Eastdale Heavenly Rose (x Multi Ch Moorwood Handsome Destiny).

The CC-winning tricolor bitch Melinas Eclipse (Rosdyke Moonlight Eclipse - Melinas Bluebelle) was imported from England and came in whelp with GB Ch Rosdyke Moonlight Shadow and got the CC and CACIB-winning offspring Eastdale Endearing Shadow, who in his turn is the sire of CC winning offspring. Melinas Eclipse also became the dam of our blue merle bitch NORD Ch Eastdale New Classic Blue Dream (x Int & Nord Ch Eastdale Classic Clown)and Eastdale Classic Black Pepper (2 Agility CC's).

Another tricolor import, but from Finland: Bridemoor's Classic Pearl (x Int & Nord Ch Eastdale Classic Clown) became the dam of ISL Ch Eastdale Just Fancy That (Ch Daloms Sir Poco Loco) and S Ch Eastdale New Classic Design (x Int & Nord Ch Eastdale Classic Clown).
